Raga (Ravi Shankar) on DVD?

Alright folks, absolutely the last time I will be bothering any of you with my quest(ion)s for obsolete VHS Tapes.
But............
I can't find any info on the RAGA movie ever having been issued on DVD.
Does anyone know whether an official or even semi-official release exists?
