"i've just seen a face" is one of the best things i've heard in my life. it sounds like something mike nesmith would have done with an orchestra. genius stuff.

Well, if you like Muzak, you'll love this one...

Notable only as the first incarnation of "Yesterday", entitled "Scrambled Egg", the disc underlines the talent of the Beatles, by virtue of the fact that a brilliant producer, working with the best compositions of the day, and using state of the art technology and trained professional musicians, could only come up with something as dreary and tiresome as this. Excellent tranfer, as usual, by Dr Ebbett. But the album itself is a tedious load of old crap.

Wonderfully bad. It's so good, yet so bad. Ebbetts is great, but did they have to make this album? No. However, if you are a completist, you need this.
