Along with the film "A Degree of Murder", starring Anita Pallenberg and with a soundtrack by Brian Jones, the DVD contains half an hour or so of mainly Stones-related material.

The film was originally in German but this version is the one dubbed in English, and appears to have been taken from a TV broadcast. It's the story of a woman who accidentally kills her abusive partner and her efforts to get help disposing of the body. It's nota great film, but it is interesting - the female character quickly becomes involved with another but is also traumatised by the shooting. The ending is a bit bizarre, and leaves the situation unresolved. Very sixties.

The extras are a mishmash of black and white newsreels from the early to mid sixties along with very good, and evidently complete, Rolling Stones footage from a few TV appearances.

Odd film (3/5), pretty good quality (4/5). Track 13 features - hey! The Beatles! Now where's that crack pipe...

Not a Beatles item, yet, it's in the Beatles section, cut back on the acid. It'll do ya good.

-----EDIT-----

that's hardly noteworthy! Many films contain a minute or less about the Beatles, BZ would be full up with a huge load of crap if we added each one of them. :)
