Cool release. "Boil Crisis" "After You've Gone" "With a Little Luck" and "I'm Carrying" are very cool. Buy this disc if you're a London Town fan!

Great CD with Excellent Sound. This version of "Boil Crisis" has some very weird vocals, I wonder if Paul was singing a guitar part he wanted overdubbed. The only bad thing about this CD is the absence of "London Town" and "Cuff Link".

This is a very nice collection...I actually prefer it to the released album - this set is much more fun

Yes that is Denny singing on track 3. This album is fun because almost every track is an alternate mix of the final London Town album. "Morse the Moose" is completely instrumental, and "With A Little Luck" is the bare bones rough mix of the basic track featuring a drum machine and the keyboard synths, etc, and a guide vocal by Paul. "Boil Crisis" is indeed a fun tune. I believe "After You've Gone" is a remake of a much older American tune. "Famous Groupies" is also the rough of the same take used for the final mix, without all the overdubs. You can hear Paul saying "Pause!" several times in the final mix as you hear it louder on here. "I've Had Enough" is pretty much the same rough mix but with a guide vocal with minimal lyrics. "Backwards Traveler" is just a demo with a cool (for it's time) drum machine and synthesizer, with a few "Do dee dee do dee dos" from Paul. "I'm Carrying" is pretty much identical to the final mix on London Town, as well as "Deliver Your Children" & "Don't Let it Bring You Down." If you love London Town, this serves up as a great alternate mix, in great sound quality. I agree, an alternate mix of the title track would have been great.

I owned the original album for years before "rediscovering"
it again, thanks to this bootleg. Very raw and homemadeish draws you right in. I would have used a better package cover though, maybe some sort of parody of the actual LONDON TOWN.
