This looks like somebody's public access show and features Brian Wilson as a special guest. Looks to be around 1988. Brian talks about his solo album and wanting to go on tour to promote it. The show is cheaply done - looks like it was done in someone's basement.

The first 4 volumes of this series had some really bad video quality but things started to change with volume 5. Volume 6 continues with more good to excellent video quality. Everything on this disc is pretty much an "A" to "B+" video quality wise with these exceptions:

The Wilson brothers handing out an award - "C+"
The Australian concert "C+" and it also has that annoying text.
You Need A Mess Of Help To Stand Alone promo "C+"

Here's the highlights:

The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame clips - Mike Love shoots off his mouth and puts down the Beatles and Mick Jagger. Then, for the big finale, everybody (including Mike Love) comes on stage and sings I Saw Her Standing There.

The Prime Time Live report. Very good investigative reporting. It's almost painful to watch. Brian is clearly under Landys spell and it's easy to see that Landy was setting himself up for big financial gains through Brian.

The ET story on David Marks. It's nice to get his side of the story.

The Beach Boys on Letterman. Just because it's goofy and not something you'd expect to see.

Cotton Fields and Good Vibrations promos - even though they have text on the screen, these are not the promos normally seen and the video quality is excellent.

One other thing, if you're interested in the Australian concert, you might want to check out the Melbourne 1978 DVD. Exact same footage only much better video quality and no annoying text.
