A great recording of a great performance. Sound quality is soundboard, and the peformance is spirited given the era (S&G were on the verge of splitting up at the time). This bookends well with "Welcome In Holland" (Yellow Dog) and "Back To College" (Yellow Dog), giving great insight into the last days of the duo's heyday.

This recording boasts excellent sound and generally strong performances. What puts it down the list of live S&G boots for me is the fact that all stage comments have been edited out. The net result is a fairly cold listening experience.

You can actually hear the strain of their friendship breaking apart on the harmonies. The flame seems to be dying dim. This could be retitled their "Final Rooftop Performance" ala THE BEATLES>

It's incredible for me to find that recording...it was my first music concert ever, I was 14...but I remember clearly that they opened the curtain behind them to introduce the pianist that traveled with them only to accompany Art on Bridge Over Troubled Water (Art singing solo). Unfortunately it is not on the album....still a great memory!
