Fun to listen to once or twice. Typical sound quality for what must be an audience recording. Good to hear Joe Walsh again. This recording exposed me to Gary Moore. He rocks pretty good. Today is when news of Harrison's death was released. Something in the way he lived...

Better than most of the 1974 live shows. (this is from 1992) George sounds like he's hit his high stride (finally) in live performances. In my opinion this is the best live George CD, until they re-release his Japan live CD. Although remember the Japan live CD was full of studio overdubs. This one is real and live. No enhancements. He even performs a couple of songs that he rarely performed live, like Isn't It a Pity and Cloud Nine, and Old Brown Shoe. Although I'm not sure if he did those live on the Japan CD? Anyone?
The band is tight. The sound is full. George sounds confident. I would recommend it for occasional and completist collectors. I would love to see this on video. I'm sure it exists somewhere?

It's quite obvious George enjoyed this show more than the Japanese tour. Sound is excellent, and the playing is very tight. A hand-held video of this concert does exist. Although it's a little shaky, it's still fun to watch.

Hi - there are two availiable CDs from this show. The CD "Overexposed and hynotised" features "only" the George part - but the sound is a bit "warmer".
This one is complete inclusive the opening acts. The sound is a bit more echoic but that`s normal at the Albert Hall. The concert is first class except for two minor faults by George - he comments "brain failure". Georges guitar had problems during "While my guitar" so he is nearly impossible to hear - only Gary Moore.
I was there and the Cd is a very nice souvenir together with the DVD from that show. There are at least two more recordings from that show but this one is the MUST.
